Piper Enterprises, Inc. maintains a sister company which is a small, local end user company that allows us to have shop facilities and technicians on staff for the benefit of our manufacturers and dealers. By maintaining a hands-on relationship with the implementation and installation of our products, we feel that we can diligently help our manufacturers stand behind their products and we are the first contact point for any technical or other issues. We provide quick, responsive support to our dealers needing assistance.

The President and owner, Evan S. Piper, is disabled with a T-12/L-1 spinal cord injury and understands the needs of the handicapped and disabled community giving him a perspective that is unmatched by most. His qualifications include a State of Florida General Contractors License, ASE Master Technician Certification and other medical, mobility and accessibility related knowledge and certification from various formal manufacturers’ training sessions as well as hands on experience. He is uniquely qualified in the nuances of the products and services that our company offers. Our customer service and technical staff is very accommodating and understanding when it comes to your company’s needs.

Our facility includes office, warehouse and service areas to adequately accommodate supporting all of the products that we represent. We are open from 8am-6pm during the week and available on evenings and weekends in the event of an emergency or urgent issue.

We can provide marketing services such as graphic design; promotional material design, production and distribution; advertising through various medium, including preparation of advertising copy and design; and other areas of marketing that would be part of representation as listed in the paragraph above.

Distribution of your products as required ranging from phone support, order processing, warehousing of product, shipping of product, handling of returns and any other related service to the distribution of your product. We prefer that all end user sales go through our dealer network, however, if required, we are properly licensed and prepared to do the end user sales in the event of a proprietary product, or product where the dealer will be getting a commission with the manufacturer handling the transaction of the deal. We maintain a very high ethical standard with our dealers since we believe that they are the lifeblood of both of our businesses and would never breach our integrity at the expense of our dealers.
